By accessing or using Allô Légal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform and other documentation (the “Content”). 

1. Acceptance and modification of Terms

By accessing or using Allô Légal, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we may post on the platform. All changes to these terms will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

2. Account Creation and Security :

4. Content Ownership

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal training purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent from Allô Légal.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of Allô Légal may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, including the individual plan, are described on the platform. Payment must be made through authorized payment methods, and fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You agree to promptly pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen subscription.

6. Simulator restrictions (all plans)

If you subscribe to any plan, you are entitled to limited time of simulation (up to 12.5 hours per month). Any additional simulations beyond this limit may incur additional fees. The simulator is provided in good faith to assist you with your legal practice but does not guarantee any specific performance outcomes.

7. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content (such as questions or forum posts) to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Allô Légal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content on the platform. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and you must cease using Allô Légal’s services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Allô Légal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in content, loss of data, or interruption of service. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. You agree to download the Content at your own risk. Allô Legal Inc. does not guarantee that the Site or its Content are compatible with your computer system or that the Site or its Content do not contain viruses, worms, trojans, or harmful devices or any other code with destructive properties. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec. The Site and its Content are intended for use only in territories where they can legally be offered for that purpose.

16. Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. Subscription Fees and Refund Policy:

    • Subscription fees for Allô Légal are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable if the lawyer used more than 50% of the time limit of the simulator.
    • Subscription fees may be refundable depending on the time of use of the simulator.
    • Fees for additional services and any other paid resources, are non-refundable.

  3. Requesting a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact us at info@allolegal.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

  5. Changes to Subscription Plans:

    • You may change your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Any adjustments to fees will be prorated based on the time remaining in your current billing period.
